The Montana cable television industry first began in 1954 to bring television
service to people who lived in areas that were not able to receive television
broadcast signals, in those early days that was just about everyone who
lived in Montana. Since those early days, the cable industry has grown
from a fledgling business venture into a dynamic telecommunications

Montana cable operators and their customers for the past half century.
Currently Montana Cable operators serve over 153,200 cable television
households via approximately 75 cable systems throughout the State.
Today Montana cable customers enjoy an ever increasing variety of
programming choices to meet their needs entertainment, news, weather,
educational, sports, public affairs and much more.
